Earlier this week we had the distinct pleasure of meeting Dalton and his mother Trish for an evening of bouncing around downtown Toledo and picture taking. When they had set up the appointment, I didn’t realize I had actually met Dalton before, he had accompanied Lena, a former client of ours on a shoot about three months ago. So I was pleasantly surprised to see him again! Dalton was great to work with, and we found some really great locations just by wandering around. And I must admit I am a little jealous of Dalton, he’s going away to college soon to major in something that has to do with Travel History… essentially getting to learn and do all kinds of rad things about travel. Dog sledding, surfing, snowboarding, snorkeling, skiing, and a few others were just some of the things he mentioned he will be getting to do in college. I missed my calling… Anyway, check out some of our favorites from this session below!

On Sunday I had the distinct pleasure of meeting up with Shannon and David for some engagement photos. As if photographing these two very rad people wasn’t awesome enough, I was also joined by friend and fellow photographer Jordan Powers. I really had a blast shooting these photos with such a cool couple and Jordan, and I was especially pleased to see the sunflower field location I had scouted a week prior was no longer under water. Such a great location, on a beautiful day, with some amazing people… I call that a nice day! Check out some of my favorites from Shannon and David’s session below!
